Virtual Reference

Welcome to the Virtual Reference Group on staff.lib! This group is the result of the discussion on virtual reference that occurred during the Reference Community Forum on May 6 2011. Participants at the meeting expressed a need for a collaborative group space, where VR operators could share information about the service and create a manual, FAQs and other support material.
